APO IMPACT Workshops are in-person educational seminars that can be presented to chapters at conferences and other leadership development events.  Like the APO IMPACT Live webinars, these workshops are intended to give brothers valuable information they can use to improve their Fraternity experience.  The program covers a wide variety of topics. Workshops are conducted by presenters suggested by chapters that are comfortable with the presentation topic. The APO IMPACT Workshop program is based on material initially presented through APO IMPACT Live webinars. It is gradually being expanded to provide information and training for al l members of Alpha Phi Omega, including pledges, new actives, chapter officers, alumni, advisors, members of interest and petitioning groups, and others.  The workshop format allows for additional interaction with the presenter and with other workshop participants beyond the limitations of the webinar format.

WORKSHOP	DESCRIPTION
CONFERENCE PLANNING	Wow! Our chapter just won the bid to host the next section conference! Now what do we do? If your chapter is hosting an upcoming conference, learn organizational tips and tricks from those who have done this before. This webinar will cover topics ranging from what the chair’s responsibilities are, to what subcommittees do, to how to use your advisors. Sign up today, and make this the best conference ever!
CONFLICT MANAGEMENT	This course is a brief study on conflict management. It will explore some of the common sources for conflict. We will also discuss the main methods of dealing with conflict and offer some suggestions on how to handle you during a conflict.
FRATERNITY BASICS	This course looks at the Fraternity's origins, insignia & structure. We will share many of the founding precepts of our organization, its story and those things that we find true value in as brothers. This course does not contain material relating to rituals; all pledges are welcome.
FRATERNITY LIFE	Think you know everything Alpha Phi Omega has to offer you? Scholarships, Grants, Awards...Find out what you've been missing. This webinar focuses on what the Fraternity has to help and enhance your chapter, college experience, and life. Discover the different programs, guides, and workshops that are available. In addition, learn how to put your time served in APO to work for you.
OFFICER TRANSITIONS	This workshop will focus on three areas: why it is important for chapters to develop and carry out a formal officer transition program, the components that are necessary for an effective program, and the role that advisors and staff should play in this program. This interactive presentation will conclude with an open forum discussion where participants can share ideas.
SECRETARY	Being the secretary is much more than just taking notes.  Join us to learn about all the wonderful ways secretary’s keep our chapters organized.
SERVICE VP	Service success means more than simply “doing projects.” Learn what we’re striving for (and why), ways your chapter can have an effective and enjoyable service program plus info on our National Service Programs and resources that can help your program go from good to great.
