Alpha Phi Omega's online service project database contains the planning and result details of over 4,000 service projects submitted by our chapters and extension groups. These projects are done through our service programs, such as National Service Week or Spring Youth Service Day, or by our chapters at various times during the year. Outline of Planning Steps:Several hours were spent (between 3-5) simply contacting local companies that would allow Alpha Phi Omega to keep a donation box at their facilities, as well as phoning around to see if any would like to donate. After this, several members got together to wrap the boxes in preparation, and then to drop off the boxes at their assigned location. Posters were made and hung in various locations around campus, and Manhattan.

During the execution of the project, what areas/procedures went well?

Their was an exceptional amount of effort to recruit donations by all members. Each person used their contacts, as well as people skills to contact local companies.

During the execution of the project, what areas/procedures could have been improved?

I believe the execution of the box pick up could have been done better, their were donations stolen on one of the nights.
