APO LEADS LogoHow to become an APO LEADS Presenter?

In order for APO LEADS to work, the program depends upon alumni volunteers that are willing to dedicate their time to learning and educating themselves about the various program topics, as well as presenting the information to their fellow brothers. Anyone who is willing to work at developing oneself as a presenter may become an APO LEADS Presenter. For some, this may very well be an easy road. For others, it will take lots of work entailing not only APO LEADS training, but also finding opportunities inside and outside of the Fraternity to practice skills.

The presenter training process begins with completing the Basic Skills courses (Presentation Skills and Facilitation Skills). Once these are complete, the presenter-in-training moves on to complete a Content Training course in the appropriate APO LEADS course (or courses) that they want to instruct. For more information on the training process, please review the Presenter Development Guide (link below).

Training opportunities are available yearly at a Leadership Institute, at every National Convention, and at various and sundry opportunities in between. Check the course calendar for an up-to-date listing of all training opportunities.
