EXPLORE provides an opportunity to further expand your personal odyssey into leadership development by increasing your understanding of individual leadership skills. The main topic areas covered during this workshop include:
Objectives:
- To enhance one's knowledge of leadership values and qualities.
- To understand the skills of Situational Leadership.
- To put Ethical Decision-Making into practice.
- To differentiate the processes of Decision-Making & Problem-Solving & learn the details of each.
- To acquire additional understanding and skills in conflict resolution.
Content Sections:
- Leadership values and qualities.
- The model of Situational Leadership and importance of the interaction between leader and follower.
- A more in depth view of Ethics, Morals and Values and its' impact on leadership.
- How to make decisions and effectively solve problems.
- Conflict, factors leading to conflict, and how to resolve conflicts effectively.
