These will be a series of courses that can be done at conferences or as webinar sessions. They will reinforce the knowledge found in the IMPACT officer manuals. what sessions should I participate in?

Choosing the right session will depend on your chapter role.  You may attend as many as you would like - it will only benefit you.  The more knowledge you have the better off you will be. If you are looking for a recommendation, see the chart to the right (click to enlarge).
