Alpha Phi Omega must protect our assets including trademarks which include our name, our letters, and our logos. There are
companies that claim fraternities have given up their ownership to their
trademarks since they have not protected them. There are legal actions
currently in process on this very topic. Due to these assertions we have moved
to protect all of our trademarks and are no longer openly distributing
fraternity logos and symbols.
If you have a vendor on your campus or in your community
that your chapter frequently works with that is not a licensed vendor of Alpha
Phi Omega, contact Melissa Jean Baptiste, via the contact information listed
below. She will help your vendor take the appropriate steps to becoming a
licensed vendor of Alpha Phi Omega.
