The Field Representative is a new position out of the National Office designed to work directly with actives and chapters on their campuses.
What can the Field Representative do for you?
§ Provide recruiting training for chapters and members.
§ Getting to know the students and their environment, on their campuses.
§ Working with chapter leaders to promote opportunities for growth.
§ Help chapters develop programs that will aid in the retention of their existing members.
§ Assisting the chapter to provide leadership opportunities for their members.
§ Create an individualized plan for building a healthier chapter or extension group.
Meet
Teresa Radomski, our newly hired Field Representative.Teresa pledged Epsilon Chapter at Truman State University in Fall 2002. After graduating, she moved to Kentucky to pursue her master's degree in sociology and became an advisor for the Alpha Zeta chapter at the University of Kentucky, and worked with several other chapters as a part of section staff. When Teresa isn't working with brothers, she enjoys cooking and baking, being crafty, and spending time with her dog, Max.
Other staff members include Heather Lehman, Director of Educational Programs.
Heather pledged in the fall of 1998 at Gamma Phi Chapter at Western Michigan University. She held many positions in her chapter including president, treasurer, and co-chair for a section conference. Upon graduating, Heather volunteered at the section level serving on staff and serving as section chair. Heather received her degree in secondary education, and was a middle school science teacher. She has aspirations of returning to graduate school to work in student affairs.
