REPORTING & ONLINE FORMS

Please review the Chapter Checklist for a current listing of reporting due dates. To assist you with many of the reporting forms/documents, we've prepared a guide for you.  This guide is called the 'Same Page'.  It is to help chapter officers meet fraternity reporting requirements and to help keep your chapter in good standing.


SCHOLARSHIPS & GRANTS

  • John Mack Scholarship: A scholarship for active members that exhibit exemplary participation and leadership skills in extracurricular activities to benefit those in need, charitable, or humanitarian organizations.
  • Youth Service Grant: Is a grant program for your chapter to apply for to receive a grant between $100-$500 to help you perform a service project benefiting pre-college-age youth! The grant application and instructions can be found on this page.

STARTING A NEW CHAPTER

  • BANC Application: Build A New Chapter fund - The purpose of the BANC Fund is to support efforts to charter new chapters, to recharter inactive chapters, and to rebuild active chapters considered, "at risk".

TRAINING & EVENTS

  • APO IMPACT: These documents can be essentially thought of as "instruction manuals" for particular officer positions in a chapter. For more useful documents, be sure to check out the Leadership Resources Clearinghouse in the Leadership area.
  • APO LEADS: The APO LEADS program consists of five individual modular components of leadership development.
  • Membership Academy: The Alpha Phi Omega Membership Academy is a weekend long skills training course designed to educate APO brothers in the basics of chapter membership operations.
