Chapter Resources
This section contains useful documents and forms for chapters
(and extension groups) to use in executing their programs and
communicating with the National Office, as well as Regional and
Sectional Volunteer Staff.
INFORMATION
- Chapter Look-up & Information: Contains chapter look-up and contact information and other useful data on chapters.
- Chapter Update form: Use this form to update your chapters address, phone, email or other information. If your chapter's information is incorrect or not listed in thechapter listing, you should use this form to send us an update.
- Event Submission and Update: If your chapter is planning a major event and want it listed in the online APO Calendar, submit it using this form.
- Liability Insurance Coverage: This is a summary of our Liability Insurance Coverage. It includes information on who to contact and how to name someone as additional insured. If you have questions or are having problems please contact Bob London, Executive Director, at executive.director@apo.org.

REPORTING & ONLINE FORMS
Please review the Chapter Checklist for a current listing of reporting due dates. To assist you with many of the reporting forms/documents, we've prepared a guide for you. This guide is called the 'Same Page'. It is to help chapter officers meet fraternity reporting requirements and to help keep your chapter in good standing.
- Graduating Seniors Report Form: Use this form to report your chapter's graduating seniors to the national office.
- New Officers Report Form: Use this form to report the results of your chapter's most recent elections.
- Service Project Report Form: Use this form to report your chapter's NSW or SYSD service project, or non-participation in either program.
SCHOLARSHIPS & GRANTS
- John Mack Scholarship: A scholarship for active members that exhibit exemplary participation and leadership skills in extracurricular activities to benefit those in need, charitable, or humanitarian organizations.

Youth Service Grant: Is a grant program for your chapter to apply for
to receive a grant between $100-$500 to help you perform a service
project benefiting pre-college-age youth! The grant application and
instructions can be found on

STARTING A NEW CHAPTER

- BANC Application: Build A New Chapter fund - The purpose of the BANC Fund is to support efforts to charter new chapters, to recharter inactive chapters, and to rebuild active chapters considered, "at risk".
TRAINING & EVENTS
- APO IMPACT: These documents can be essentially thought of as "instruction manuals" for particular officer positions in a chapter. For more useful documents, be sure to check out the Leadership Resources Clearinghouse in the Leadership area.
- APO LEADS: The APO LEADS program consists of five individual modular components of leadership development.
- Membership Academy: The Alpha Phi Omega Membership Academy is a weekend long skills training course designed to educate APO brothers in the basics of chapter membership operations.
