Lorin Jurvis

Fraternity

Joined Alpha Phi Omega as a member of Delta Nu Chapter at Yale University in 1953. He served the Fraternity as Chapter President and Sectional Chair. Served as Region III Director (1968-1974). Served as National Vice President (1974-1978). Served as National President (1978-1980). Brother Jurvis distinguished himself as National President by strengthening the Fraternity's relationship with Scouting and college administrators, by providing an increased awareness of the Fraternity through a strong public relations program, and by developing a solid administration through the National Board of Directors. He continues to be active on the National Board of Directors.

Awarded the National DSK (1976). Named Fall Pledge Namesake (1990).
