Cost:
The cost of attending the event is $55 for all Student and Advisor Members and $75 for Alumni and Alumni Volunteer
Presenters. Life Members will receive a $5 Discount.
Additionally, One Officer from a Chapter Chartered or Re-Chartered
During the Past Academic Year; or One Person from a Petitioning or Interest
Group From the Past Academic Year may attend a SERVE Event for free.
If you qualify for this special offer, please select the Free Option as
your method of payment.
The cost includes lodging for Friday and Saturday nights, all meals on Saturday,
and breakfast on Sunday morning.

Registration and Payment Deadlines:
The Final Deadline for all registrations is the date listed under Final Cut-Off (below). If you are paying by check, you are NOT REGISTERED UNTIL YOUR CHECK HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY THE NATIONAL OFFICE. Please allow enough advance time for your check to arrive at the National Office by postal mail by the Final Cut-Off date listed below.
If the course that you are interested in registering for is no longer listed on the next page, that means that registration has CLOSED and that no further registrations are being accepted for that course. Please do not select a different course and ask to be moved into your desired course.
If the capacity has been reached for the course that you are registering for, you will have the option to be placed on a waiting list pending space availability, provided that you are registering prior to the registration deadline. Payment will not be due until you are accepted in the course, and credit card information entered will not be processed until then.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:
No refunds will be granted unless a SERVE is cancelled. In the event of a
cancellation, the National Office Staff will contact you as soon as possible for
your refund. If you need to cancel your own attendance and you have already
pre-paid, then you may opt to allow someone else to sit in on your behalf,
however you must arrange re-payment from that individual on your own.
Your payment must be received by the National Office to complete the registration
process. If payment is not received in the office by 30 days prior to your scheduled SERVE
date, your pending registration will be automatically cancelled.

Please note that LAUNCH is a prerequisite for attending the SERVE.
All SERVE Participants must have completed a LAUNCH
prior to their attending the weekend. There IS NOT a LAUNCH
planned at any time during the weekend.

The SERVE program begins on the Friday night of each respective weekend
that it is offered, promptly at 7:00 pm. It includes sessions on Saturday from
8:30 am until 11:30 pm, with one to one and a half hour breaks for lunch and dinner,
as well as a morning session on Sunday from 8:30 am until the SERVE
concludes for the weekend at 12:00 noon.
All participants are expected to attend all sessions of the SERVE
course to receive the appropriate credit.

All SERVE participants will be housed on-site in a hotel. All
rooms will have one bed and a couch that pulls out to a bed. Each room will have
three participants of the same gender assigned. If you wish to have more than
three people (max of 4) or other than a single gender room, all individuals that
wish to room together must indicate that preference in the comments section of
their registration forms.
