Although Alpha Phi Omega started in the United States in 1925,
it was our founders dream that the Fraternity should spread around
the world.

established in 1994 at the National Convention in Dallas, Texas

International Council shall be to promote the principles and ideals
of Alpha Phi Omega, as originally exemplified by Frank Reed Horton,
around the world.
