Wondering how you make changes to your Registration once you’ve submitted it? 

 

 

DO NOT REGISTER AGAIN! 

Banquet(s) Selections:  If you registered and need to make changes to your banquet selections (either to cancel or add a banquet) please click here.  Provide your name, registration confirmation number and a description of the change to make along with a day time phone number.  If applicable, please let us know how you will be paying for any additional monies owed.  Please note that banquet space is limited and could be full - in the event this happens we will notify you.  

Membership Status:  If you initially registered as a Pledge or Petitioning Group Member and are now an Active Member, please click here and provide your registration confirmation number, your name, National # (if known) and your Chapter name along with the membership status to change.
Please verify your Chapter has submitted  your "Activation" forms (not Pledge forms) before contacting us as we cannot make any changes until then!

Change of Payment Type: Ifyou previously registered that you would be paying by check, but now would like to pay via credit card, please call the National Office at: 816-373-8667 ext. 12 or ext. 21 and they can obtain the details from you.

Personal Check:  If you have registered and plan to mail a personal check.

CHECKS MUST BE RECEIVED BY DECEMBER 20th or YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE CANCELLED!!!!

School Check:  If you have registered but are waiting on a School issued check, click here and provide your Chapters name and a list of names which the check will cover.  It also helps to include the school contact person’s name  to verify the check/funds. Only one person per Chapter needs to submit this!

Voting Delegates:  You registered as a Non-Voting Delegate and have been elected as one of your Chapter’s Voting Delegate.  Click here and provide your full name, registration confirmation number, your two committee choices (optional - see list below), and your Chapter name.
