Josiah Frank National Historian's Award
This plaque, featuring the first fraternity pin is presented at
each National Convention to the chapter compiling and maintaining
the best chapter history as which records and perpetuates the
priniples and traditions of Alpha Phi Omega. Selection is
made by the Awards Committee from among chapters submitting
materials for consideration. Brother Frank's pin is affixed to the
plaque that is on display at the national office.
The perpetuation and maintenance of:
- Chapter traditions such as service projects, founders day
celebrations, etc. (e.g. a visual chapter history, such as a
scrapbook).
- A complete chapter administrative history, such as minutes of
meetings, project (e.g. reports, treasurer's records, etc).
- A written chapter history.
