Accessibility

The Westin Hotel is directly attached to the Convention Center by an accessible, enclosed bridge, without needing to go outside, it is recommended for optimal accessibility. The Courtyard Marriott is a half block away from the Westin hotel and the Convention Center where activities will occur. There is no inside connection from the Marriott to the Convention Center or Westin hotel, you will have to travel outside for a half block from the Marriott to the convention.

A Quiet Room will be available near workshops in the Convention Center for rest and quiet breaks.

The downtown area around our convention has curb cuts on most sidewalks, and most intersections have audible walk signals.

When registering for convention on our website, please list any accessibility accommodations under the field requesting "Additional Information".  This can be found when completing the registration form under the "Additional Information We Need for This Event" section. Someone will contact you to discuss your needs.
