Even though the due date has past you can still report the following items, however your chapter may not be considered for certain chapter awards.

2009-2010 Charter Reaffirmations:  Email your Charter...

Complete and mail the form along with your AAMD (Active Annual Membership Dues) and Insurance Fees to the National Office no later than November 15, 2009.

  • AAMD Dues ($25)per person...
  • Insurance Fees ($5) per person..

2009 National Service Week: Submit your Online Report Form

Alpha Phi Omega has designated the first week of November as, "National Service Week," to unify Chapters with a national theme and to inspire expansion of chapter service programs. During this week every chapter is encouraged to carry out a new, high profile service project related to the program of emphasis and involving other chapters and the community. 2009 Annual Chapter Evaluation and H. Roe Bartle Award - Email your completed Evaluation & Bartle Award...

This award is a certificate awarded to chapters which achieve and maintain high standards of effectiveness in all aspects of their program and operations. Read  more

For more information on reporting due dates, please review the Chapter Checklist. You may also utilize the 'Same Page' booklet.  It is very helpful to chapter officers to meet fraternity reporting requirements and to help keep your chapter in good standing.
