Former Texas Governor and APO Brother, Dolph Briscoe Jr., Passes Away at 87
It is with great sadness and respect that Alpha Phi Omega recognizes the passing of Alpha Phi Omega brother and former Texas Governor, Dolph Briscoe Jr.
Brother Briscoe pledged Alpha Rho Chapter at the University of Texas at Austin, in 1940.
