Alpha Phi Omega is in the process of hiring a field representative. A field representative is a member of Alpha Phi Omega who wants to help improve the Fraternity. The person in this two-year position will travel to chapters and campuses across the country to provide to chapters with recruitment training, officer training, officer transition workshops, as well as to facilitate Chapter Assessment & Planning Sessions (CAPS), assist struggling chapters with recruitment activities, work with petitioning groups, and represent Alpha Phi Omega in meetings with university administrators on campuses where the Fraternity wishes to expand.
