Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity is looking for four APO Chapter Organizers - graduate students who are paid to organize and manage extension efforts on college and university campuses without an active APO chapter. Chapter Organizers are contractors with Alpha Phi Omega. 

Eligible candidates must earn 
a bachelor's degree by May 2016 and be enrolled as a graduate student on the campus with which the extension effort is being organized. Former active members with two years post-baccalaureate work experience are preferred.

The primary goal of this position is to establish and charter a healthy, fully functioning chapter on the designated campus in a six month time period. During this time, Chapter Organizers would report to the Director of Chapter Services at the Alpha Phi Omega National Office. 

Total paid for the six month term is $4,500. The stipend schedule for this position is outlined below: 
  • $1,500 upon completion of summer training program 
  • $250 a month for up to 6 months; full amount would be paid upon the successful submission of the chartering application and payment of all fees within six months of start
  • $1,500 upon successful submission of the chartering application, as affirmed by the Manager of Chapter Administration.
Additionally, each Chapter Organizer will have an expense budget of $500, to be used per established guidelines.
