The Colorado Mesa University Petioning Group organized and manned an aid station for runners in the Rim Rock Marathon, over the Colorado National Monument with 2000 ft ascent and decline. Our aid station was at 6405 ft above sea level, assisting 165 runners during the windy and snowy day. Net proceeds benefit Colorado Discover Ability which provides outdoor programs for disabled individuals.
